Successful real estate investing naturally led to becoming a licensed REALTOR in her 20's and a broker by 31 all the while, building and running The Kerissa Payne Team. Mrs. Payne later became a (national real estate chain) franchise owner in 2012 and built her team to be one of the top teams in East Texas. Most recently Mrs. Payne joined eXp Realty, a cloud-based, agent-owned, brokerage in which she is a share holder. She is excited to be at the forefront of real estate tech pioneering.
