Kerri Dowling

I’m a Colorado native with more than a decade of experience as a licensed REALTOR®, following nearly 10 years in new-home sales with a national builder. I graduated from Arizona State University with a B.A. in Communications, which has served me well in building strong relationships and guiding clients through one of the biggest decisions of their lives. Real estate quickly became my passion because it allows me to connect with people, earn their trust, and help them achieve their dream of homeownership. I approach every transaction as if I were in my clients’ shoes—advocating for them, communicating clearly, and ensuring they feel excited and confident from start to finish.
