I have been selling real estate for over 10 years. My partner is my Mom, Peg Redding, who has been in the business for over 20 years. We are the leaders for our team which has 3 associates and 2 administrative staff to handle work load. I have lower market time than average for listings and my strong negotiation skills get more money than the average for sellers and lower prices for buyers. When I'm not working real estate I'm passionate about a couple different charities. The first is Misericordia which is a home for the developmentally disabled in Chicago! My brother, Brian, has been a resident for over 20 years. My second passion is animal therapy. I have two Collies that are animal assisted therapy dogs at Edward Hospital in Naperville, IL. We visit patients every other week.
