I lucked out getting Kerry as a realtor. I hit the call feature from a zillow advertisement on a home and was routed to her. She met us at the home we had interest in, upon walking in the home interior was not something we liked. Based on just 1 home and listening to our likes and desires she was able to narrow down our style and needs. She got us involved with a better lender than the one we initially had, and has helped us find a community where we have instantly felt welcomed. We have had several moves in our life and she has made the experience a smooth and pleasant one. She is by far the best realtor that we have ever come across. We were continually amazed at her dedication to us. We have every intention of continuing on with Kerry for future purchases and sales. Kerry is personable, knowledgeable about the multiple aspects of the real estate business, and very easy to keep in contact with. Our initial lender from the military site set us up with an agent prior to our random Zillow match, we knew from one meeting with Kerry that we had to let our other buyer agent go.
