As someone who has gone through the buying and selling process before, IF I had to do it again I would call Kevin back for sure. He is attentive and advocates for you very well! He fought for our deal to close on a house that was listed literally 18 hours before we put an offer in with a 60 day close at a Lower price point than the original listing. There were also other offers on that same property but the way he presented our offer got us selected for the PERFECT house for us.
