- Kevin and I connected, but did no business
To me he is a conman. He wanted to dump me with vacant land in Corrales which he claimed he owned it and was trying to sell me at almost 30% above market value by promising me he can help me build the House through his contact but would not let me meet the contact unless I bought the land. Land was sandwiched in an area that had limited access on unpaved road. He could not provide survey report. It is rumored the property he wanted to sell probably had some chemical contamination from nearby plant.
