It certainly was a privilege and a blessing to come to know Kevin when I decided to sell my property. I mean Kevin worked hard, above and beyond his expected professional duties. Communication and update of progress was phenomenal, let alone his negotiation skill. A few weeks prior to the sale, he advised and recommended a few "window dressings" to be made on the property to improve the sale price, and actually brought in a dependable and trusted work crew to do the job. The tenant was under Section 8 by the Housing Authority and it wasn't easy to relocate the tenant. Yet Kevin got involved by working with both the Social Worker of the tenant and the Construction Company renovating the the tenant's new apartment. The potential closing date would not have come that early but for Kevin's tireless effort to make it happen. What a great, hard-working, truthful and trusted guy in this business, and I have no reservations whatsoever, in recommending him to anyone who needs services like his.
