Kevin has been great! Its not easy relocating, especially during a pandemic! And to Southern California where the houses are half the size and twice the price as in Arizona. Kevin came recommended from our relocation company after our first realtor, while kind, was not the professional that we needed. Kevin understands the market and had a patient and thoughtful approach to learning what we wanted. He showed us homes (always with safety and always prepared) that we found on Zillow and others that he knew so we could be ready to jump at the perfect house.
