Our home was located in one of the buildings in known for sitting on the market a little longer than others. Kevin was able to come in and sell it faster than anyone expected. He made the entire process smooth between us and the buyer, in addition to demonstrating a very strong level of knowledge of the market. We listed our house in Timbercreek last year with Kevin (who is a Timbercreek resident for 25 years) and he had it under contract in one week!! Realtors all promise results but we sold our house for almost $30k higher than the most recent sale. Whats great about Kevin is he is engaged during the whole process. Kevin did a pre-home inspection before marketing it and provided a list of items to address that would help me sell my homeand was spot on!! Not only was Kevin there during the home inspection but pointed out items on the report that were inaccurateif left uncorrected these items would have cost me thousands!! He is very knowledgable, good negotiator and always available when you need him. I haven't moved in 20 years and Kevin helped make this move as stressless as possible. He also found us a beautiful waterfront home in Lighthouse Pointe.

I could not have asked for a better realtor experience. As someone relocating to south Florida I had no working knowledge of the area other than visiting friends. There were lots of locations I wanted to check out. Kevin was recommended to me and we spent a lot of time at night on the phone prior to me coming down.
