I would highly recommend both Kevin and Kelly Middleton to anyone wanting to buy or sell homes and/or properties. This sale was very difficult as it was for my parents home and separate, but adjacent, lot. My Mom died in 2021 and Dad in 2016. Neither left any will and we did not go through probate, (which, according to our attorney, would have lengthened the process by at least 6 months. To complicate this even more, my sister lives in WY, I live 200 miles away, and we work trying to work with their reverse mortgage company, who was not cooperating; and finally, the buyer requested extenstion at least 4 times. Through all of this Kevin and Kelly remained friendly, courteous, and professional at all times. Not only would I highly recommend either of them if you want to sell or purchase a home/land, but I would use them to sell my own home if I lived closer.

Kevin was great to work with as we bought a Home. He was proactive in finding us houses to look at, patient as we were picky, and soothing as we anxiously worked from offer to closing.

My experience with Kevin was absolutely fantastic. In this tough buyers market, Kevin was patient and took the time to learn my preferences and was soon sending me listings to consider, even those that didnt seem obvious to me at first. He often did previews for me, arrived early and scoped the place out and asked the questions he knew I cared about. We had a few false starts with bids, but Kevin was always in my corner and put me first. After several months diligently looking together, he showed me a beautiful home and helped me remove any obstacles to moving forward. Even now post-close, he is making contractor recommendations and clearly cares about maintaining our relationship. When it comes time to sell, Kevin will absolutely get the listing!
