Kevin did a great job staging the home and keeping us informed on a weekly or sometimes more frequent basis about broker visits and comments. He consistently requested broker comments throughout the sales process. When repairs were necessary he was very knowledgeable about available contractors to efficiently complete. I could not ask for better representation.

We requested to close earlier than the actual agreed up on closing date. He handled the communication well with the buyers and their agent to close on the sale before the actual close date.
