What a great experience! Highly recommend Kevin Kohler. In the beginning, my wife and I werent too sure about selling our home. We found Kevin through social media. We decided to give a call to him and schedule a meeting with Kevin. First impressions were great, very professional and you can tell he was actually listening to us. Kevin did not pressure us at all to decide if we want to sell our house. Finally, we decided to sell, and Kevin and his team were there every steps of the way. Kevin spent time discussing what we wanted and made it a comforting experience! I gave him a selling price that we thought was fair and he told us that he believed it can sell it for 20k more. I can see the competitive trait in him and I loved it obviously. Kevin challenged himself and he delivered. His suggestions and the way he advertised our home with the pictures his photographer took were so beautiful that we wanted to buy back our own home! Kevins social media skills were spot on and the open house was great. Kevin took care of our home during the open house as it was his own home. Our house sold in 5 days for the asking price. Kevin made sure he went through our offers thoroughly and found errors in the offer and he protected us. His closing team helped to facilitate and keep the build and closing on track.
