Kevin was amazing! He negotiated tirelessly to get us the home of our dreams for a fantastic price against a lot of competition from other buyers, and at the same time sold our current home for $40,000 over asking price. Kevin is a real go-getter and was very available and accessible throughout the entire process, never hesitating to answer our questions and keep us updated. 21 days escrow was our goal from the first of many offers we submitted to potential interested properties. With a sellers market, competition is so scarce among buyers, adding low inventories. It has been a long journey with Kevin's partner Vince, then finally Kevin took the reign as his partner faded away. Many times, we wanted to give up and wait until the market slows down. Both Kevin and his partner pulled us back with positivities. We like how Kevin communicates with us with new strategies in order to win the offers. Sometimes it wasn't in the cards for many reasons but he kept encouraging us with new properties coming on the market. New locations, new options like renovating an older property instead of a turn key property as we wished. Giving us ideas how to make the space bigger. Did I mention both Kevin and Vince are investors and renovate homes as well. They have connections with contractors, know the core of home building to certain extent. We were at ease with them. Moving from OC to LA is not an easy task. His patience and calm spirit with us was very professional. We trusted him with our next purchase. Finally we close escrow yesterday and couldn't be ecstatic to start our new adventures in LA. Thank you so much for all your hard work.
