"5 star Agent: Eli BeyderOur house hunt lasted for about 3 months, seeing over 100 houses (we were just being very picky). Initially we started the search by ourselves but later were assisted by Eli Beyder. Once Eli was on board our search we had the best experience. He was very patient even though we were being too picky on the type of house and price. We made a total of 3 offers. For each of those offers Eli helped us understand the pro and cons of the houses. He pulled the comps and went through the inspection reports with us. We had no clue how to parse through 100s of pages of inspection reports, but he used his experience to help point out the major things.His estimate for the house prices was also very accurate. He was on point with what the winning bid would be for all the 3 houses.Even after we got the house, he was extremely timely in following up with the listing agent and my loan agent.Overall his knowledge, patience and responsiveness to queries is what I appreciate the most.
