Kevin is a great partner in our search for a right house to buy within our budget, needs and wants. He patiently listens to our needs and wants, concerns and questions, and educates and guides us throughout the process. He showed us few properties which we were interested in from just looking at the listing details but wouldn't be good fit for us, so that we gain first hand knowledge of those properties and don't get excited the next time around when we see similar listings. Overall, I am very happy and feel lucky to have him in my home buying process.

Kevin is amazing! After having dealt with a realtor in the past who wanted to sell me a house, any house, I had very little understanding of what realtors actually do for their clients. I was beyond impressed with the way he involved himself in the whole home-buying process - especially that he was willing to work directly with the mortgage broker to ensure my best interest was priority. As far as choosing a home, he showed and told me me what was wrong with a home up front so I wouldn't make a decision that I would regret later. He is patient when needed and aggressive as needed. My experience with Kevin was so fabulous I am already referring closest friends and family to him - whether they are looking for a home or not!
