As first time home buyers we were not entirely sure what we were looking for when we began our home search. Kevin realized this and spent weekend after weekend (after weekend etc.) touring homes with us and educating us on the home buying process. He consistently found us homes that met our criteria, fit our price range and were in the areas we wanted. In doing so we were able to better understand what really mattered to us in selecting a home. The home we ended up purchasing was one that we were initially unsure if we wanted to tour but we trusted Kevin's advice to check it out and are so happy with where we ended up. Overall we could not be more appreciative of all the work Kevin put in to find us the perfect home.

Kevin was excellent in both helping us find our perfect home as well as selling ours and doing so in only 2 days! His knowledge of the Seattle area, communities, school districts and overall housing trends was really evident throughout the process. Especially as it related to marketing of our home, Kevin did a tremendous job creating tons of visibility both online and through other means of communication. The pictures of our home were beautiful and truly put our best foot forward. We would definitely use Kevin again in the future and will recommend him to anyone looking to buy/sell a home.
