Explained the whole selling process to us which made selling our house easy and fast. Whenever we had a question Mike responded right away. When negotiating, he got everything we asked for. Mike was honest and helpful every step of the way. We looked at maybe 30 houses before we found the right one, and every single time hes been super honest about his opinion (Meaning he wont sell you a house just to sell you a house & make money) & works completely hard to keep his clients happy. He accommodated every weird appointment schedule we made & walked us through the entire buying process which made it less scary for new home owners. We never felt uncomfortable to ask any question even though it might be dumb questions to some & always replies back in a timely manner. 10/10 would recommend & hes the only agent I refer to anyone buying a home!

Kevin (Mike) was an absolute delight to work with. He listened to our unique situation, offered good advice regarding pre-listing preparation, and always found us homes that fit our preferences when we looked! During the listing process he was upfront about how things would work and answered every single email and text message even the ones at odd hours of the night! Once we got a few offers (wow that was quick! ) everything was explained in detail and we were allowed to pick the offer that worked best for us. Once again, every question and concern was listened to and answered. The sale went smoothly! When we were house hunting we had many requests and he came through every time!
