Kevin Owens was referred to us by our realtor in Boise and it was like hitting the jackpot! Kevin was incredible. Easily the best realtor we have ever worked with, bar none. Kevin is very friendly and easy to talk to but also extremely knowledgeable and professional. He knows the Phoenix market inside and out, particularly North Phoenix and Scottsdale. He did a great job getting to know us and our needs/wants/must haves and then directed our home search accordingly. He is also an expert on the process: working with other realtors, negotiating, closing , inspections, etc. We had a wide variety of questions since we were new to this part of the country and he answered all of them. I am still amazed at how comprehensive his service was. He even provided useful advice on selling our home in Boise when that market went south. I honestly dont know how he does it, but he treated us like we were his highest priority client, and I know he had many others that were looking at more expensive homes than ours.
