Kevin took the time to show me homes in the area that matched my request and gave me information on how to obtain home service websites, this was my first home purchase and didn't know how to go about contacting anyone for home upgrades and remodeling. Kevin was professional, patient and courteous, did not rush me into making a buy that did not meet my needs. I also appreciated the monthly info that he e-mailed out about the housing market and realty issues. I would have Kevin help me again if I ever decide to re-sell or buy another property, and recommend him to my friends.

We first used Kevin's expertise when selling a home in 2013, when we were moving out of state. He gave us good advice to maximize the appeal of the house, and it sold to the first couple that looked at it, the first day on the market, for full price. Six years later, we decided to move back to ABQ and contacted Kevin about finding a home for us. We have owned homes in several states, so we have had a fair amount of exposure to real estate agents over the years, and we have never had an agent as great as Kevin. Not only does he know the real estate market and how to process the paperwork efficiently and quickly, but he also has a lot of background in the construction or rehabbing of homes so he was able to spot potential problems and what it would take to fix them. We found a possible house that needed some changes (don't they all?) His advice was honest, open and best of all he pointed out what was do-able and what was not. He went out of his way to assure us that what we wanted to change could be accomplished and explained how to make it work. He has spent so much time making sure we were going to happy with this house, giving us advice on how to proceed, and it all came together without any glitches.
