Kevin Rawson

Hello, I’m Kevin Rawson First and foremost, welcome to my website. My hope is that I can help you find the home of your dreams, or maybe even a vacation or investment property. I like to think of myself as an “old school” real estate agent. By that I mean that I will work to earn your business, not take it for granted. Please allow me the opportunity to earn your trust and your business. Using my expertise in the industry I have helped hundreds of my clients buy the home of their dreams. You can be assured that I always know the most updated rules and regulations regarding contractual real estate transactions and will always act in your best interests. I consider myself an expert negotiator and will always get you top dollar when you sell and provide superior representation when you purchase your new home. I have lived in Colorado for 40 years and know the front range inside and out. I currently live with my wife on a small ranch outside Larkspur Colorado. In my spare time
