Great professional pictures of our hom.e . Had two buyers at the same time.Always at showings.Always had a positive attitude...Always kept us updated on showings Not just a great Realtor but a friend who got us a deal we were very happy with.

Worst agent ever to meet with us. He is sloppy in dress, continued to tell us he wanted to educate us and then never delivered a proposal. He lives in a small unkempt rental home on Opechee lake. Wouldn't you think a successful business person could or would do better. Ask him to show you where he lives before you think he knows best what's for you. He should stop sending out post cards like an ambulance chaser as to how great and important he is. Think twice about using him. people like him give realtors a bad reputation!!!

If you have a lower priced South Down condo, Kevin could probably sell it. But, he can not sell anything that is not an easy sell. If there is a higher price point listing, the listing will sit on the MLS forever. My wife and I were not impressed with his bad attitude, poor attention span and lack of respect. He bad-mouthed other realtors in our presence and referred to women as “girls”. Kevin Shaw is not someone that I can refer, and if he is one of your choices for choosing a realtor, you can do better with a more personable realtor.

My realtor reached out to Kevin Shaw twice to show 2 of his listings. He never returned the phone calls. I don’t understand why a realtor would be so rude and why he wouldn’t want to act in the best interest of the sellers.
