My husband and I worked with Kevin on the purchase of our home in the village of Warwick and we couldnt be happier! He maintained constant contact with our team - lawyers, broker, etc. - as well as the the sellers team, to keep things moving along and his efforts prevented some major delays. A month after closing, he still checks in on us to provide tips and recommendations for local services, and market information that may be useful down the road. KEVIN is amazing! I met Kevin on New Year's eve. Who works on New years eve?? He sent me a text following up on a conversation we had months before. I told him I was tired of working with unprofessional realtors and explained the history of my experiences. Long story short - Kevin took me to see a house on New Years day with no hesitation. His drive to help people is astonishing. I am still in aww of the person and realtor he Kevin is. He never showed me a house he knew I would hate, because he listened to my wish list. We finally went into contract and Kevin contacted be daily to make sure that I was never stressed! I found the house that I fell in LOVE with because Kevins drive to make sure that I did!
