Kevin Tuley

I am totally dissatisfied with Kevin. Don't be pulled in by his sales pitch. He told us that going thru him he would help us getting the place ready to sell. Which was a total lie we ended up doing things ourselves or having to pay someone else, he did give us the names of companies to go thru to have the painting and windows replaced but both of them did not do their jobs correctly so ended up having to pay other people to to do that. We also had to pay some to clean the house because nothing had been kept up the months we had it listed thru him. He over priced the house for the market and area and no real effort to sell it 1 open house, the listing was difficult to even find, photos were horrible. We were not kept upto date on what was going on or being done in regards to selling it. Got the feeling basically he was just sitting back hope the place would sell on it's own. To put it in perspective we got another realtor told us what it should be listed at for the area and had full price offer the same day it was listed.
