Kevin Vander

Kevin is a born and raised Wacoan who began working in Real Estate in 2010 after graduating from Baylor University with a degree in Real Estate - Management. Over the last 15 years, he has successfully represented clients on 450 plus transactions, ranging from residential land to office and retail sales and Farm and Ranch transactions. For the past 10 years, Kevin has worked alongside his now wife, Heather, and started their own brokerage, The Vander Woude Group, in 2022. Also, Kevin is a partner in multiple investment companies that specialize in rehabbing single-family and commercial spaces. Kevin married his long-time business partner, Heather Shaw, in 2018. They have 4 kids and 1 dog and 2 cats. In his free time, Kevin enjoys golfing, hunting/fishing, and attending Baylor sporting events.
