When you are a first time home buyer, there are a lot of questions and unknown steps that can be very stressful and uncomfortable. Most Realtors (not all of them), just want their commission and they really don't care much what you want and they don't even listen to your needs. We were skeptic about working with a realtor since we knew some of them. But God put Kevin on our way. Referred to us by our lender (he was buying a house too), we gave him a call. First thing he did was to schedule an appointment with us to meet us face to face ( even during the pandemic). He explained how important is for him to not only know us, but to explain the whole buying process. He gave us a bulleted list of all the steps involved and the price range of all of the out of pocket expenses, to have an idea of what we need to have .This first meeting was the most crucial and important for us, because it answered all our questions and relieved a lot of stress. We were not an easy customer and Kevin is an Angel sent from Heaven to have the patience to deal with us. Sometimes we thought we were annoying to him, but not, he answered and explained all our concerns and questions. He even went out of his comfort zone and business area, to let us see many houses. His expertise and knowledge helped us to get the right house. Many times we were enchanted by the property and Kevin told us, check this and this, I think this is not meant for you; and believe me, he was right.He was our conscious and big brother, always looking for the best for us.He always encourage us to be positive (whenever our offers did not get picked). When I first started working with Kevin, I felt like I knew what I was talking about from having done so much research beforehand but he really had soo much extra value to give. Amazing experience! Working with Kevin was a breeze, everything went through smoothly and got everything done in 30 days! We decided to purchase a home much sooner than anticipated and had a time frame of less than 45 days to get it all done as our lease was ending. Kevin works hard for you. He found houses that were about to hit the market and made appointments to get in early when possible. Kevin is honest and will give you true opinions of the property. He kept us appraised during the entire process and let us know if issues were arising from any aspect (like lenders not filling out forms correctly). Kevin (aka Dave) was great to work with. We were in Arizona looking for a new home in Florida. We got in touch with Dave through a internet search. Based on his responses to our questions he seemed like he would be a great person to work with, and he definitely was. The morning after we arrived in Florida, Dave was ready with lists of homes to visit based on the criteria we gave him and was ready to spend as much time as we needed to find our new home. The first house he showed us met all the criteria and we fell in love with it. Although we saw other homes that first day we decided on the first home. We found Kevin back in October 2018 (Im a planner!) I told him my requests for our future home moving from Philly to Florida. Ex: wanted to be within 45mins of Disney (dont judge me, lol) also wanted a gated community. Etc. We did not have a rental car for this trip as we were staying at Disney. He picked us up took us out to breakfast and had several locations with a binder loaded with information on the locations. He included a note tablet along with pens for us to take any notes. During our stay someone had suggested another community and he quickly added it to our list and did all the research prior to driving there. He took us out several times during our stay without hesitation. When we finally selected our community he was right there with us while we decided on the type and style of home (he TRIED to keep me in my budget but I went a little over, we know what we like!) As the house was being built he corresponded with the sales center/agent the entire time making sure we received weekly pictures of our build. He joined us during our wire walk through to make sure everything was where we wanted it prior to drywall installation. Kevin was with us during the final walk through and again the morning before settlement. We bought in Solivita central Florida 30-35 mins from Disney 55+ gated community We cant say enough about our new friend If you are looking for a new home, hes your man to do it!

David took me through a huge number of homes trying to find the perfect home and best fit in my price range. Several homes we looked at he was very upfront with the issues and told me it was more work to update than I could afford. He was very patient with me during the entire process. He will be my go to realtor should I need to sell or buy another home.
