- Khalil and I connected, but did no business
Had the terrible, difficult and frustrating experience of working with Khalil Hachem on one of his listings. Me and my wife fell in love with the property we made several offers even went as far as to call the sellers ourselves to figure out what it is that they wanted then submitted an offer with multiple options for them to choose from after submitting 4 offers and us calling the sellers ourselves and letting them know we will do whatever it takes to get this deal done we still received no counter offers forcing us to give up on the property that we offered everything they said that they wanted. Still have no idea what it is the sellers wanted due to the slow an ineffective communication from Khalil. The only thing possible that crushed this deal was my Veterans affairs loan benefit I was attempting to use and this agents unwillingness to work with a veteran
