She makes herself available or finds another in the office to help at all times. She has a wealth of knowledge and knows the market and homes. We were more than satisfied with her services. You know, if your friend is a Real Estate professional and she refers you to another Real Estate professional, you can't go wrong.

If you are looking for an effective, reliable and detailed realtor Kim is the one for you. She is knowledgeable and follows through on her commitments. She did an excellent job pointing out every detail of every home she showed us so that we were completely informed of the positives as well as the negatives. I'm not a person who would normally partake in surveys or reviews but in dealing with Kim Chadwick, I'm making an exception. The service my wife and I received from Kim was nothing short of miraculous. When we first contacted Kim to list our house we really didn't know what to expect. The minute she walked into our livingroom my wife signaled to me " she's the one ". My wife had an instant awareness that Kim was different than the many other agents that we interviewed. AND SHE WAS RIGHT!! All thru the process until the day we closed on our house, Kim showed her professionalism and understanding. She guided us thru the ups and downs and looked out for us in a way a family member would have. Kim made a narrated video of our house and flooded the media outlets with it. Under 3 days later we had an offer after multiple showings . Even when those buyers had issues when their cash deal on their home fell thru, Kim immediately put things in high gear and put the house back on the market. Because of her contacts and expertise, we had a FULL PRICE offer within 5 days. I firmly believe that we would still be trying to sell our house if not for Kim. The moral of this review is this: Stop interviewing. If you want your house sold, CALL KIM - PERIOD.

Kim went over and above the to help us sell our home! She talked us through getting our house ready to put on the market, she explained the process step by step, explained everything that would happen why and when it would happen and was always available to answer questions and reached out to other realtors when it was needed. She worked hard for us and because of all her hard work we sold our home quickly and are now enjoying our new home!
