Kim is the best. She helped us sell our house in Denver and the process was outstanding. She is very knowledgable and knows the real estate market incredibly well. We needed to move out of the country, and she was very helpful especially since we were never in Denver. She also helped us sell our furniture and return our Internet modem to the local Comcast office. Kim came highly recommended and now I know why. I would strongly recommended her to anyone who is interested in selling or buying real estate in Denver or the surrounding areas, she knows her stuff.

Let me just start by saying Kim is the greatest. We bought our first home in 2004 using a friend as our realtor and while the home was great the home buying process just seemed off. We actually ran into Kim while looking at a model home and she commented on how much she loved our 2 year old sons outfit. We thanked her and went on our merry way but on the way home we both said we should have gotten her card. As luck would have it when we went back to those models she was there again with the same family. Kim showed us literally 50+ houses and was very patient and understanding of our unrelenting need to see every property under the sun (even sending her partner to show us some houses when she went out of town). We even switched price ranges mid-stream which would have sent any normal person into a tirade but Kim was very patient and helped us find our dream house. She also helped us sell our old townhouse in less than 3 months from listing to closing, talk about a whirlwind! I highly recommend Kim to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

We had the pleasure of selling our house with Kim this past summer. I cannot speak highly enough of our experience with her. She was forthright, honest, and flexible with us during the entire process of selling our home. She listened to, and respected, our needs and opinions. She was extremely knowledgeable about the real estate market and in particular the Park Hill and Stapleton neighborhoods. As this was our first time selling a home, Kim was extremely patient with our overall lack of knowledge in the process and was accessible 24/7 via phone, text and email at all hours. Kim arranged for staging, window cleaning, highbrow photography that showcased our home, and ensured there was a heavy on-line presence with virtual tours. She also had our listing displayed before others on all the major online real-estate databases. As a result, our house was put on the market on a Wednesday and we had full asking price by Friday afternoon with the option to rent our home from the buyer while waiting for the home we were purchasing to be built. Kim went above and beyond all expectations, helping us with many details, recommending and meeting contractors while we were out of town, and giving us great advice about when to compromise and when to hold our ground.
