Kim Erickson

Kim was born and raised in Jamestown N.Y. (home to Lucile Ball). She received a degree in Applied Sciences, from Nassau Community College in Long Island, N.Y. She began her career as a radiation therapist at New York Hospital in Queens. Kim remembers traveling to Williamsburg Virginia in Middle School and loved Colonial Williamsburg and the local waterpark that no longer exists here. Then as life would have it Kim moved to Williamsburg in 1999 and has been here ever since. As family members began hearing how great Williamsburg was from Kim they started moving here one by one. Now Kim’s three sisters and Mom and Dad all live here. Once in Williamsburg Kim transitioned into the real estate industry and has worked in numerous capacities in real estate since 1999.
