Just watched your new video with the latest statistics on home sales in the West Valley. Thought it was very interesting and informative. Terry and I were just commenting the other night on what a pleasure and how easy it was to deal with you on the purchase of our new home. It has almost been a year since we first contacted you about finding us a house in Sun City. We continue to enjoy the house and have no regrets. Thank you. Just a note to say thank you for inviting us to your client celebration. It was nice to see you and also Rhett. The room was impressive and only served to prove that there are honest real estate people and support teams that serve everyones honest interests. I knew of your integrity when I bought my home from you with Ryland. Your honest dealings and great marketing kept me in touch five years later helping my dad get his house through you and your team. We are very grateful. I can tell you from my own experience you are the only person with whom I have dealt in the Real Estate business who acted with integrity, openness and honesty.
