09/21/2018 - I cannot say enough good things about Kim Hoffman! First off, I moved to CO from out of state and that can be really scary. Well, if you are moving from out of state (or local) she is your gal! I started my search in January of this year, gave her an outline of what I was looking for and ideal areas. She created a search for me and sent me updates on the daily. I flew out in April and she drove me from Colorado Springs to Fort Collins and then out to Evergreen (pretty much all over CO) even though she knew I wasn't ready to buy yet. She was positive through this entire process and made buying my first home so pleasant. I would recommend her to anyone and everyone looking for a place in Colorado. I am blessed to have had her as my realtor. She'll be my life long realtor :)
