I met Ms. Rivers in February of 2017. My Mother had passed away and we needed to sell her house. My siblings and I lived out of state. Ms Rivers went above and beyond all expectations marketing the house for sale, keeping us up to date on contracts, and making suggestions for any improvements to the property that might help expedite the sale. This all done in a completely professional, yet caring manner, making us feel like we her most important clients. Cannot recommend Ms. Rivers high enough. She resides in the community in which works, has excellent knowledge of the existing real estate market, and is highly invested in making her community a standard for excellence.
