Kim was recommended to us from our Realtor in PA when we decided to move to Florida. Kim helpedus find a rental property as we did not want to buy immediately. However 3 months later we loved the area so much we decided we wanted to purchase our ownhome! Kim was amazing and negotiated us getting out of our lease and into our first home in Florida.
