It was a pleasure working with Kim on every part of the process. This was our first purchase, so we needed a good bit of advice and she was very knowledgeable. We are in the process of moving into the new home and will be listing our old home with her very soon.

Kim was always there for me anytime I needed her. She was quick to get back to me anytime I had questions and even kept in touch when she was on vacation. She is an awesome realtor and person. I highly recommend her as a realtor. She sold my condo in a very short period of time.

Kim worked with us through a very difficult situation. Two weeks prior to closing on our home in August 2017, our initial buyers backed out of the contract. We had already moved half of our stuff to the home we just purchased, so we were stuck with two mortgages for several months. Kim worked with us through this difficult time with respect to her commission and staging the house virtually on the internet. We sold the home late May 2018, and are thankful that financial burden has been removed. We highly recommend Kim!!
