Ever feel like - okay I've got Zillow - why do I even need a realtor to buy a home.... Let alone need an experienced one? At best I'll just use my neighbor/friend who does this part time, who cares? For whatever my word is worth to you internet reader, I can assure that there will be multiple times in the process where you'll be glad that you did care. We felt it first when Kim pointed out things in each house we walked through that only a trained, experienced person could have noticed. The next biggest time we felt it was with the sage advice while making/negotiating our offer as well in handling inspection follow-ups. And finally we felt it after moving in to a completely new area and not knowing what vendors were good - Kim was there again with trusted folks we could work with. Bottom Line: You will NOT regret choosing a professional and experienced realtor like Kim. In fact, if you do choose him I suspect you will also be here, writing a review like we are...because he is that good and are also glad you cared enough to work with someone like this.
