Renters beware! They will steal your rent payments, then call you while intoxicated and say you're behind (even when you confront them with proof that the payments were made). They talk poorly about their renters (both past and current) while out in public social settings and share your personal info/financial status with others. Terrible record keeping, unprofessional and two-faced. If you're in a situation where you are out of any other option and have to rent from them...keep EVERY bank statement or money order receipt and record any conversations in person or on the phone. Protect yourself from their embezzlement tactics however you can...and have a backup plan for a place to live. Talk to past renters..and get the facts because you will be lied to, gossiped about and stolen from... and then have only 3 days to vacate if they suspect you are more intelligent than they are. If you can help it, rent from someone else and save yourself the trouble. Not even worth the one star, they should be investigated and federally audited.
