I began my real estate career in 1988. It's been a wonderful profession that has allowed me to raise my family and have a great life. The market is always changing and to stay current you have to learn to change with it. Thanks to the support and commitment from The Allen Tate Company, I have been able to "bob and weave" through the market boom in the early 2000's to the crash in 2009-2011. Short sales and foreclosures have become just another part of a normal market. Agents today have to understand all the options of a buyer and seller to help them navigate the path to a successful closing. Anyone can get a house under contract, it's being able to close the deal that requires experience and "know how".
