Kim Ranes

Kim Ranes did a good job with closing and collecting approx $12,000 for a house that we made an offer on the day it was listed...so very little work involved. 2 days after closing we had a good rain storm and the basement wall leaked on the floor! We contacted Kim, who has known the sellers for years, and she told us the basement had never leaked before. We didn't believe that and asked for help engaging the sellers in getting this repaired, she's refused to respond. I've sent several emails to her since then that she has also not bothered to respond to. The sellers didn't have their new address during closing so we have no way of getting in touch with them without Kim. She has refused to answer me essentially hiding the sellers from us, leaving us to make this repair ourselves. There are far too many realtors out there to use someone that's shady, no need to use Kim. We certainly wouldn't recommend her to anyone, you could end up like us dealing with problems on your own. She got her money and she's checked out.
