Let me start out by saying I was given several realtor names and numbers from friends and family but decided to search for my own realtor that would fit my needs. I am so happy I found Kim! I was blown away by her professionalism, dedication, and great negotiating skills. She is knowledgeable, patient and level-headed. Did I say she ALWAYS returned emails, phone calls and text with any and all questions at all times and stayed on top of the seller for me. I would definitely not only recommend but use Kim again.

If there's one thing I learned during my time working with Kim, it's that I will never work with another realtor while living in the area. Her hustle and dedication were on point.
