Kim is a sincere and very helpful agent. Since meeting her on day one, we never felt pressured to "pick" a certain home, or that she was suggesting one home over another. She was very neutral and encouraged us to visit multiple homes that she chose based on what we asked her to find. Amazingly, the fourth home we saw on our first tour was a hit! She encouraged us to keep looking and she took us to a few more homes, but our hearts were already set on what is now our new home. She guided us through the entire process of placing a bid, following up with the appropriate paperwork, ensuring our affairs were in order, and encouraging us when we ran into road blocks (not her fault) that were out of our control. We were able to visit the home often to begin planning for our arrival and thankfully got to meet the owner, who was lovely and very helpful with the transition. Kim was and is a blessing to my wife and I.
