He knew the area of Chelan like the back of his hand and helped us find a piece of land that fit all our needs and is perfect for our family. We had about a month before we had to be out of our rental. Kim was super flexible about showing us homes due to our intermittent availability. We found a home that would work for us and everything went fine until closing. We were expecting to have a holiday weekend to move in to our new place. Unfortunately something with the lenders caused our closing to be delayed until the following Tuesday, the last day of the month. This was the day we were supposed to be out of our rental. The closing didn't happen until late in the afternoon. We were very pressed for time. As soon as he could, Kim showed up with the keys to our new home, and with his truck to help us move. I don't think I have ever heard of a realtor doing that before.

I listed my home on Lake Chelan with Kim. The market was slow however he did his best to keep the home in the forefront. We received an offer that was unworkable however the second offer was handled extremely well by Kim and especially the follow through finalization.
