She incredibly professional but still a personal connection in working with us. She was on top of her game from assessing the property to show as favorably as possible, worked with our unique circumstances for showings, extremely responsive, and kept us updated every step of the way through the pending contract and final sale. We almost felt as though we were her only client, her attention was so wonderful. She even kept stressed out homeowners tethered when necessary. Our only regret is we no longer live in the region, and cannot use her again. You absolutely cannot go wrong working with Kim.

Clay L.06/19/19Clay gave Kim 5 stars out of 5Our purchase was a bit more complex than expected due to the seller using a third party relocation agency, but Kim was quick to get ahead of any problems and keep our interests her priority. She did a great job keeping everything structured so that I felt a high level of security should there be any problems that were not in our control. Without her help and expertise we would not have have gotten a great deal on our dream home.

She was always willing to take the time to answer my many questions and talked me through several meltdowns. I couldn't have asked for a better person to work with!!
