Kim helped with the sale of my mom's house after she passed away. It was such an emotional time and she took the time to explain (and re-explain!) everything to us. She had a solid plan to get us the most for my mom's house and she delivered! We were in multiple offers and she walked us through each offer so we could make the best decision for us.
