With a a big move from Florida to Wisconsin and little time to find a home, we gave Homelight a try and could not be happier in finding Kim. She responded to my inquiry first and within minutes of my request for help. Right from the start she understood our timing situation and listened attentively to the 'wish list' we had for a new home, even though we knew very little of the area. With forwarding constant new home listings, we were able to get a better understanding of what neighborhoods we'd like and what fit our budget. She called or answered the phone at any time we had questions. We were able to fly up to house hunt with her for four days (and she even made herself available after the first trip was cancelled due to weather) and she came completely prepared. She dedicated herself to us each day for at least six hours each and showed us a great variety to choose from. On the final day, and the last home we viewed; which came up that very morning, Kim got us in the door immediately and we had found the home that checked all our boxes. She helped us make the successful offer; even with fierce competition, with wise financial suggestions that pushed us over the top. She even recommended a finance officer and an insurance partner. Personable, dedicated and very familiar with the area, Kim absolutely excelled in helping us! So glad we gave Homelight a try and found the right person to guide us to our new home. Kim was very patient and accommodating of our needs. She understood the market very well and was able to get us into the best home for our budget very quickly. She was even helpful post-closing with any questions we had and to connect us with various contractors we needed.

She went about & beyond from the start. After we got a pre approval from the bank & kind of worried about it. She went above & beyond just to find us the right mortgage lender. We weren't finding the house we liked and were about to give up & she knew the minute we walked in the door it was the perfect house. I would recommend her to everyone. She won't let you down

Kim is an excellent communicator. We had a unique situation because we not only sold our home with Kim last fall, she also helped us recently buy our new home. She is motivated, caring, a great listener, and very respectful of our needs and wants. She kept us in the loop as we sold, and bought, our homes. She also gave us an excellent resource for our VA loan. Kim is very knowledgeable about the real state market and very tenacious in meeting our needs. Her husband, J.B., did an awesome job regarding the pictures and website link to the home we sold. We were very happy with his final product and how the pictures presented online. Kim and JB are the best realtors I have ever met...(and I have dealt with a few in my life) We have purchased 2 homes and sold 1 with their help...even though I have have control issues plus a bit of OCD...lol and they still were amazing. I always recommend them to anyone that I hear are either looking to buy or looking to sale. The open house video's that JB does sold our home. And Kim's determination and awesome communication skills put us on top. We always felt involved in the process and think of them as good friends now.

I just sold a home with Kim. It was done under quite difficult circumstances and from 3 states away. Working with Kim was the one bright spot! John produced a beautiful video of exactly how our property looks which gave the viewer an honest look at our home on the bay. Her communications always kept us in the know and helped both us and the buyer. Our Door County home was sold in less than 5 months and we now have listed our other properties with her. Kim rocks!
