I cannot recommend Kim strongly enough. She worked for months to find me and my girlfriend the perfect place. She'd tirelessly send us listings, bring us to homes, and worked around our insane schedules. She never got frustrated as we went place to place and did not give up until we found the absolute perfect spot. We would not be in this amazing place without her guidance, patience, and kindness. Even after we moved in she would keep in touch with us to check on how things were, invite us to parties (and came to a few of hours!), and transition from our realtor to our friend. As one of the sweetest people I know, I have recommended her highly to any and all friends looking to move. And I do the same for you :)

Kimberly is kind and thorough in her approach. She is extremely knowledgeable and if she cannot help you she connects you with someone with the same outstanding work ethic that she possesses. We found Kim to be amazing. Kim helped my 2 sons buy homes. One was out of state and she helped find him a realtor in his area and helped with the financial aspect of the sale. She went above and beyond showing them houses and was aways available to answer any questions. She never rushed them in any way. When a problem arose she handled it on their behalf and they never had to worry. She would always follow up on issues that weren't being handled in a timely fashion. I would highly recommend Kim. I think she would find you your dream home and it would be an easy transition.

Kim is extremely knowledgeable and personable. She is very detail-oriented and took the time to get to know me and the property I was selling as well as exactly what I wanted to find in a new home. She was extremely patient with my many questions and helped me think about issues and perspectives I hadnt thought about previously. There were a few hiccups when closing (NOT due to her) but she jumped right in and took care of everything so we closed on time. I am so grateful!

Kim was an absolute dream to work with!
