I was extremely fortunate to find Kimberly Felix to help me through the monumental task of finding and purchasing a new home. I was living 150 miles away from my new location and Kimberly made the whole process almost effortless for me. She was always available for me, went above and beyond what all the realtors I know would do to accommodate a client. She was with me every step of the way and even after the deal was done. She is knowledgeable, professional, kind and gets things done. I cannot imagine making such a large move without her. After all is said and done I consider her a friend even though I am twice her age. I would gladly give her 10 stars! Call her, you'll be glad you did.
