I, Kim Kahan, live in South Windsor along with my husband and partner Jim O'Neill. My family traces back 3 generations to the area and both my parents and grandparents had local businesses in Vernon. I've seen most towns in Hartford County and Tolland County grow and change over the years, having grown up here then becoming a full- time Realtor in 1985. I've been successfully selling real estate in both counties for 29 years, have been a Broker for 27 years and a Tenured Appraiser for 15 years. Together with my husband Jim, a C.P.A and Realtor, we opened our own office with a mission...
