Kim is an unbelievable Realtor! She showed us homes with a half hour notice at times! She was definitely my go-to person in understanding the next step of the process. I had a glitch with the closing at the last minute and with no where to go, she negotiated with the seller for my family to rent the home we were wanting to buy for a month while we waited for the new closing date. She made our home buying experience a great one! I'd give her 10 stars if I could!

Communication Kim stayed in constant contact with us. What seems like insignificant information to an agent whos been in the business for years was really important to us. She communicated via email, text message and by phone.
