Kim was great! Challenging time to be buying a house during Covid, but I felt she did well with what she was allowed to do. Really, really, really happy with the outcome though. Our house is beautiful and we are in love with the property, so thank you so much for helping us to make this happen. We feel so blessed and grateful.

I can't recommend Kim enough! We had a rough experience prior to working with Kim where another Real Estate Professional routinely would take a long time to respond or simply wouldn't respond at all! From the moment we got in contact with Kim she was ready and willing to answer any and all questions, and she did so quickly making us feel like a priority. We were fairly broad on what we were looking for in the beginning and rather than thinking that meant we weren't serious, Kim jumped in and began sending us a TON of listings that fell into those parameters. This helped us figure out what we were really after so we could narrow the search and start viewing properties. Kim met us at about a dozen properties over a long weekend (always on time and in good spirits) before we found the one and put in an offer. She was upfront and honest about the process and made sure that we always felt like we had the answers we needed and were in the driver's seat. The closing process was as smooth as could be and now we are enjoying our new home in large part thanks to Kim's efforts.

Kim was awesome and always got us in quickly to see homes we were interested in. She was always available, very responsive, and worked around our schedule. Kim is also a very genuine person, and extremely professional. She gave us great advice and insight on homes we looked at. If we ever need a realtor again we will be going with Kim!

We are first time homeowners so we were very nervous about who to work with. Kim made us feel at ease immediately. Whenever we had any questions she was always there to answer us, same day! We felt safe knowing she was there to help us along the entire way. She would answer all of our questions in great detail and double check with us to make sure we fully understood everything! Kim was very easy to work with. Very responsive throughout process. She was honest regarding thoughts on our offer and coordinating inspection, repairs, etc. the lawn of new home was somewhat neglected during buying process and she had someone come mow prior to us moving in which was a nice touch.
