Kimberly Parratto

Giving one star is going overboard for Kimberly Parratto. This woman is a fraud and should not have a license let alone have the ability to work with people. As a newcomer to the state of NC, I fell in love with the state just didn't have enough time to find the perfect home for my family during my short stay. I found Kimberly through browsing homes on the internet. I found the house that I now own. It "seemed" just perfect. The pictures, the description of the house, and Kimberly stated the house was "move in ready." She did a walk through with her phone which I thought was kind, but now I understand the blur on her phone. Kimberly was aware that I could not fly out to see the home and that this would be a 700 mile trip for a family of 6 plus 2 dogs. After driving for 16hrs, a car sick child, and being completely exhausted i opened the doors to my new home. The house was nothing like pictured on the web. I even called her in disgust from what we walked into. She claimed that there were a few stains on the carpets. That was an understatement of the year. The truth would've been that the carpets in every single room were destroyed, burned, and stained with dog urine. The walls. There wasn't a wall in the house that didn't have a fist sized hole or larger. The house was so filthy that it looked like it hadn't been cleaned in years. The appliances either had black mold, green mold, or layers upon layers of crusted on filth. I had to replace the dishwasher and stove. I ran out of funds otherwise the fridge would've been on the list too. On top of all of that, Kimberly failed to provide truth about the taxes on the home. She stated that there was only 1 tax bill and that all taxes owed for the year have been paid with the purchase of the home. None of that was true. Here we have 2 tax bills city of Monroe and union county. The union county bill was set to come out in August of 2016, a month later from our move in date. We were never informed, so never looked out for a bill. Taxes here in the state of NC are due at a different time than back home in N.Y. A year later, I received a delinquent tax bill and threat of foreclosure. I tried to contact her with no response. I have just learned that I am now responsible for this tax bill which could've been paid on time had I known about it. Kimberly didn't work for me and my best interest. She is all about her own benefit and dishonest. I wouldn't recommend her to my worst enemy. My one star was given for her talent with Photoshop because she truly surprised many including neighbors next door that knew the truth
